Fascial Manipulation® Training in the UK
Hybrid Structure for Today’s Clinicians
3 days Online Theory at your own pace + 3 Days Hands-on
Originally designed as a full 6-day in-person program, the Fascial Manipulation® curriculum has evolved into a modern hybrid structure — allowing clinicians to complete the theoretical component online at their own pace and attend 3 intensive, hands-on days held over a weekend in Cambridge.
This format delivers the full educational depth of a 6-day CPD-level training, while minimising disruption to your clinical schedule. By moving theory online, you gain flexibility to study whenever it suits you, revisit modules anytime, and arrive to the practical sessions fully prepared.

LEVEL I – HYBRID COURSE
Fascial Manipulation® for Locomotor Dysfunctions
(3 days online theory at your own pace + 3-day weekend hands-on in Cambridge)
Overview
The Level I Fascial Manipulation® Course introduces the fundamental principles of the Stecco Method through a hybrid format — around 12–13 hours of online learning at your own pace, activated approximately eight weeks before the practical weekend, followed by three days of hands-on training in Cambridge.
Participants are guided through the biomechanical model of the fascial system, exploring how movement is organised through myofascial sequences and myofascial units, and how fascial anatomy and physiology underpin human motion and dysfunction.
You’ll learn how to evaluate myofascial planes across the upper and lower extremities and trunk, neck, head, identify and interpret altered tension or densification in specific areas of the fascia — known as Centers of Coordination (CCs) — and understand how these changes influence movement, proprioception and pain.
LEVEL II – HYBRID COURSE
Fascial Manipulation® for for Internal ® Dysfunctions
(3 days online theory at your own pace + 3-day weekend hands-on in Cambridge)
The Level II Fascial Manipulation® Course builds on the knowledge gained in Level I, allowing practitioners to deepen their understanding of the Stecco Method and treat complex locomotor dysfunctions more effectively.
Delivered in a hybrid format, the course includes approximately 12–13 hours of online study (available about eight weeks before the practical weekend) followed by three days of intensive hands-on training in Cambridge.
Participants expand their grasp of the biomechanical model by exploring the role of the Centers of Fusion (CFs) — specific fascial points where forces from multiple myofascial units converge.
New concepts such as Myofascial Diagonals and Spirals are introduced to explain the body’s complex, three-dimensional movement patterns and adaptive compensations, viewed from a comparative anatomy perspective.

LEVEL III – HYBRID COURSE
Fascial Manipulation® for Locomotor Dysfunctions
(3 days online theory at your own pace + 3-day weekend hands-on in Cambridge)
Overview
The Level III Fascial Manipulation® Course expands the Stecco Method to address internal dysfunctions related to the internal fascial system, including organ-fascial units and apparatus fascial sequences (catenaries).
Participants explore how visceral and locomotor systems interact through fascial continuity, and how these relationships influence posture, coordination, and movement.
The course introduces both microscopic and macroscopic autonomic structures, presenting palpatory verification of tensostructures – key points that may interfere with the physiological motion of organ-fascial units.
Through demonstrations and guided practice, practitioners learn to assess and treat complex internal dysfunctions to restore three-dimensional biomechanics and overall functional balance.
Accreditation & Certification
All Fascial Manipulation® courses are officially accredited by the Fascial Manipulation Institute by Stecco (Italy) and governed by the Fascial Manipulation Association (Italy), the international body responsible for training standards and certification.
The Association collaborates with leading institutions including the University of Padua (Italy), Harvard Medical School (USA), New York University School of Medicine, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to advance fascial research and education.
Each level is completed with an internationally recognised certificate, enabling participants to progress through the full Fascial Manipulation® education pathway.
These courses are also recognised as continuing professional development (CPD) training by several UK and international therapy associations, supporting professional growth in physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic and sports rehabilitation.
