1. Booking & Registration

1.1 Confirmation of Place
Your place on the course is confirmed only once:
• the registration form is submitted, and
• the deposit or full course fee is received.

A confirmation email will be issued once your booking is processed.

1.2 Course Capacity
• Maximum: 20 participants
• Minimum required to run: 10 participants

 

2. Course Format (Hybrid Model)

Online Theory (Fascial Manipulation® Portal):
• Available ~1.5 months before the practical course
• ~13 hours of lectures, readings, quizzes
• Access continues after the course (extensions possible)

Practical Training:
• 3-day hands-on weekend training
• Location: Cambridge, UK
• Venue may change within Cambridge if required. Notice will be provided as early as possible.

 

3. Eligibility & Professional Responsibility

Participants must hold a recognised qualification in a health or manual therapy field (physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, medicine, sports therapy, neuromuscular therapy, etc.).

By registering, you confirm that:
• You meet the qualification requirements
• You work within your professional scope
• You hold valid professional liability insurance
• You are able to participate safely in hands-on practical work

Una Anna Limited reserves the right to refuse entry if eligibility cannot be demonstrated.

 

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

4.1 Cancellation by Participant

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: sezin@unaanna.co.uk

Refund schedule:
• Up to 45 days before start date → Refund minus:
– £15 admin fee
– Bank charges
– £150 deduction if online content accessed

• Within 45 days of course start date → Non-refundable
Payment may be transferred to a future FM UK course (subject to availability).

Cooling-off note:
If online content has been accessed, this portion cannot be refunded.

4.2 Cancellation by Fascial Manipulation® UK

If we must cancel for reasons other than force majeure:
• You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
• You may transfer to a future date or receive a full refund

We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses.

4.3 Force Majeure

Events outside our control (severe weather, instructor illness, transport issues, venue closure, emergencies) may require changes.

If cancellation occurs due to force majeure:
• You may transfer to a future date, or
• Receive a refund minus any portion of the course already delivered or accessed.

 

5. Attendance Requirements

Certification requires:
• Completion of all online theory modules
• Full attendance of all 3 practical days

Missed sessions cannot be refunded or moved within the same course.

 

6. Behaviour, Conduct & Safety

Participants must behave respectfully and safely.
Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal with no refund.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they can safely engage in practical techniques.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials (manuals, slides, videos, online modules) belong to the Fascial Manipulation Institute by Stecco®.
Recording or sharing any materials is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Liability

Una Anna Limited is not liable for:
• personal belongings
• travel or accommodation costs
• injuries from unsafe practice or working outside taught techniques
• consequences of acting outside professional scope

We deliver the course with reasonable skill and care.

 

9. Data Protection (UK GDPR)

By registering, you consent to Una Anna Limited processing your personal data for:
• course administration
• FM portal access
• certification
• essential communications

Data may be shared only with:
• Fascial Manipulation® Institute (Italy)
• Course instructor
as required for course delivery.

You may request data access, correction or deletion anytime:

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
